Really striking, avant-garde visuals that look gorgeous. A gripping, psychological element, combined with an intriguing premise, intriguing characters, and good old fashioned yakuza make for a thrilling and enjoyable ride. G-Senjou no Maou, or the Devil on the G-String, is famous for good reason. The art is nice to look at it's a really great time. Super super fun, hilarious, and the MC is pretty great as well. Majikoi is a beast in terms of character cast and relations, and the 50+ hours is nothing to sneeze at as well. I also do believe there's a harem ending, and the visual novel is a good chunk of time as well.Īlso there's Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! and its sequels, or Majikoi for short. Plus, it's a lot more than it seems on the outside, trust me. Visuals, while not groundbreaking, are nice to look at. You might like Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo.

Harem and harem ending is a plus a well, but as with the others, not a must. More to note: Preferably not an idiot protagonist as most protagonists seem to be.
I'm not here for the sexual content but I don't mind it. I don't mind sexual content as long as there isn't some bad guy raping an heroine, netorare or extreme amounts of sex to the point where 90% of the vn is sexual content. I don't understand written or spoken Japanese and would appreciate you recommending visual novels with working translations. Despite that, if there is a vn that you think I would like despite its graphics, recommend it please. It really puts me off even if the vn is good. I'm somewhat of a graphics-whore and can't stand old visual novels and their art. I also started playing Daibanchou and kinda like it except the all BP crap. The second vn is Battle Goddess Verita which has partial translation - is it still playable to someone without any Japanese language knowledge?Įxcept those, I would like other recommendations about other visual novels. I already have 2 vns that I would like to hear your opinion which are Himegari Dungeon Meister which I heard was lacking in comparison to Alchemy Mesiter so I would like to know if it's worth playing if I already played Alchemy Meister. I was wondering if there were other visual novel with a similar elements and gameplay. I've recently gotten into visual novels and the ones I enjoyed the most were Kamidori Alchemy Mesiter and Ikusa Megami Zero / Battle Goddess Zero.
